Apparently, a technical problem with the software of an external service provider that instructs the officials as to which teams are eligible to play each other, a material error occurred in the draw for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16.

I used to work for the firm that did the Premier League fixtures and I’m sure it was less of a faff than this. In fact the guy that did it usually went on a fag break when it was running through.
