Surely he isnāt required to join the training on July 12?
I expect heāll be off at least 3 weeks so probably back a few days after July 12.
Thereās likely an optimum rest period for professional athletes - longer than the optimum and heāll start going backwards fitness wise.
Iām not concerned either way about Robbo, and he should play less next season, unless we have another CB crisis. Tsimikas shoud be ready to play a fair bit more.

I donāt know if he had any time off after the PL ended and the beginning of the Scotland campaign but if not I hope they give him 4 weeks. He will be back on the 20th a week after the beginning of pre-season.
The Brazilians who I expect will go to the final of the Copa will be a bigger problem. That final will be on July 11 and if they need 3 weeks vacation after that ā¦ I really hope they had time off between the PL end and the beginning of Copa.
Iāll get nightmares thinking that we start the season with Adrian in goal.

All the players featuring in Euro and Copa along with Mane & Minamino went straight to NT camp after the season ended. I think I have read somewhere that Klopp will give the players on Euro/Copa duties 3-4 weeks break depending on how far their respective teams progress.
Even a four-week break will allow Robertson over three weeks to prepare for the new season.

Well Euros final is the same day, though unless Portugal, Wales, England or Spain make it I canāt see it being much of an issue.

He was a record signing of some sort - canāt remember the full details but still our greatest ever player
