Well,we do have a tea lady!

Granted Stevie has not set the world on fire as a manager, but if we were to go with an interim(not my preference)Why not give Stevie a chance, he’d certainly set the Kop on fire, figuratively speaking, and we know what Anfield can do to lift a team, with Stevie at the helm it might be quite interesting.

Lol…How many goals do you see this team scoring against PSG. Can you let us know your score predictions???:joy::joy:

This is the exact point where he is completely in control of it?

Is Ramsay so bad that he couldn’t have a short run at RB??? Is Jayden Danns so bad that he couldn’t make it to the subs bench? Is Jones and Nyoni so bad that they couldn’t deputise for Gravenberch and Macca with 20-30 minutes left in a match???

It’s just the vibe I got when they actually turned up and played Gala off the pitch… I think the CL is an escapism for the players from the PL misery the whole of Anfield has endured all season…

I’m crap at predicting a scoreline… Do think we will beat them though

Jayden Danns is injured and has been all season!

This means we need to use another Youth CF on the bench!

Don’t want so pile on, but Arne gave the players all the excuses before taking to the pitch.

His pre match press conference, mentioned time frames, injuries tiredness, when it should be great, performance on Wednesday, lads are up for it, we go again and will be showing the same effort and desire.

He needs to cut out the negativity and stop sending the wrong message, it all becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

I like Arne, but he lacks positivity and a game plan and and and

Because if he gets halfway decent results, which he might do on a wave of emotion, there’ll be a clamour to make it permanent and then his deficiencies will be found out.

The next one is Will Wright and he is 16 and nowhere near ready!

I sometimes think Slot words his press conference tid-bits for the benefit of himself in front of the watching FSG audience - A sort of zoom call to them outlining an operational progress report

If his output is similar to having Gakpo there, I think it is worth a shot!:joy::joy:

It’s sunday morning.

Has he been sacked yet?

Give it until noon or Monday noon. If not by then

Is that the same Gakpo who is the 2nd highest goal scorer this season so far.

Worldwide Exclusive!

Gary off YouTube is reporting that the future of Arne Slot will be clear one way or another by Wednesday at the latest. He’s been talking to his contacts at Liverpool (Damo from Bootle) and is 100% on this one. Another scoop for our man in the know!

The problem with selling Jones and Gomez is that the HG quota is hanging on our necks thanks to Hughes and Slot’s squad mismanagement. Even if Jones and Gomez stay put, we will actually have to buy a few England internationals this summer to increase the number of domestic players in our squad.

Reintegrating Elliott is the cheapest way to do so.

Yeah, the same Gakpo with 28 league games played while scoring 6 goals and 3 assists…

They don’t..

We need further market activity to make it work.

I always imagined Wirtz in the Firmino role in a 4-3-3. He does it slightly differently to Bobby but he has all the skills the imagination and can score goals to boot. But he needs to monster wide forwards to help him. Salah and Gakpo aren’t those. Could put Hugo on the left and Alex on the right, but will that work? They both prefer to play down the centre. Unless we’re talking about having them as a two and a 4312. But then that messes with our pressing pattern.

Yesterday I saw a photo on Twitter of a bloke and Slot at Manchester Airport. He was on his way home; I don’t know if the photo was actually taken yesterday or if it’s been edited with AI, but if it’s genuine, I don’t think we should expect him to be dropped during this international break.

Surely they won’t be doing it by teams…
