I’m not having a dig at Klopp but maybe it was the simple case of playing them in their best roles (in Gravenberch’s case, convincing him that was actually his best role). I hope Gakpo can add more goals and assists to his game but I’m really happy with how he played this season.

I thought the location looked like a posh tube station at first.:joy:
Our Arne is looking quite dashing there.

Benches aren’t they?

Garden furniture…but no cushions

Saving on benches ahead of the transfer window… cheap f*cks.

Here you go, Sky reporter, make yourself comfortable, feel at home, put your feet up.

He looks like David Walliams

Yup. He Slot-ted right into that pose

What a PSG supporter thought of how Liverpool were gracious in defeat compared to arsenal’s response!

No surprise from a club whose name begins at Arse.

I will have to revisit this quote but I think this man gets Liverpool fans.

Unless it’s Chiesa.

I mean I can understand the Chiesa situation as much as I’d love for him to play more. Unless he’s retrained as a right-back in the past few weeks though it’s not really a comparable situation? It would be more like having Jota, Díaz, and Gakpo out from injury and playing Szoboszlai/Jones there instead of him.

He could have left Nunez out, who we are looking to sell anyway, or Jota, or Gakpo, or Diaz. He had no problem leaving Gravenberch out for Chelsea.

At this point, the only conclusion is that Slot is being brutally unfair to him.
