I’m not sure that’s true? Brighton can finish above us and if Villa finish 4th it doesn’t go down to 6th?

Yeah Brighton win both they would overtake us. Anything less than 6 points and it’s just Bournemouth.
When a team unravels this drastically it’s going to have long term effects on the squad. There aren’t enough strong characters in this team to pull through without permanent mental scars.

It’s a fucking miracle if we qualify. We have the same number of losses as Leeds (12) who’ve been in a relegation fight all season

These performances are not down to injuries or the need for a couple reinforcements on the wing. 8 of the players who started today were regulars on our title winning team. EIGHT. The other three are Kerkez, Rio, and Georgi, who were not our biggest problems today.
The problem is systemic. And it starts at the top.

It’s the bizarre run of wins we had at the start of the season which keeps us there, seven or eight wins in a row? Since then, we have been close to relegation fodder in terms of performances and results.
