True Romance for me
There are some movies with a great score and some with a great soundtrack and there are some with both.
An absolute classic:
Always felt Thor Ragnarok using Immigrant Song was an inspired one. Suits the character too.
If reports are to be believed , it seems that the next Thor movie is going to use Dio’s Rainbow in the Dark as their OST as well. That sets with the character as well.
I promise this will be my last post here today - I know I have exceeded my quota. My bad.
But this - oh man - just perfect.
Nothing beats the modern genius of Jonny Greenwood soundtracks for me:

More like Bore: Ragnarok.
I like anything by Morricone. Bernard Herrmann made some incredible scores. The Harder They Come is a classic.
Eddie Vedder’s soundtrack for Into the Wild is beautiful and often heartbreaking. Better than the film itself.
My personal favourite is probably Midnight Cowboy. Perfect soundtrack and one of my favourite films.
Don’t worry I have rescheduled the next 2 weeks to fit in listening to the wonderful stuff you have posted.
Great album. Check out the track Sante Fe.

The Jungle Book (the original)
Always thought it would be great if that album was covered by a bunch of groups who are the right age to have loved that film as kids. ‘My Name Is Tallulah’ by Cerys Matthews, ‘Bad Guys’ - Supergrass etc.
