Are you sure it’s not a BMW?
way too slow to be a BMW. 0-100kmh is measured on a sundial, if there’s a tailwind it may reach it.
Pity that they never reversed that tactic after the war.
My old, now 14 year old car just got through another MOT.
Got my insurance renewal quote from Fordinsure, £750
Ended up going to Saga, £327.
Fuck you Ford
I used to have a Rover Maestro TD. They didnt need oil .
Looks like it could fly.
JAECOO (never heard of them) ad on TV at half time.
“Inspirational design” they claim.
By inspirational design I assume they mean “we basically copied a Range Rover”
Nearly there. New lip welded onto the inner wing and test fitting the new outer wing. Pleased how that turned out. I do not consider myself as someone who can weld. Decent with a grinder though.
Converting that from welded to a bolt on wing so i can keep and eye on it and clean it out periodically. Paint that inner wing this week and finish up.
You might need to be cautious on this… best to ask the garage.
A tack weld or ten might also be needed
A bolted wing on a van will likely fail an MOT test in the UK if it’s not securely attached or if it compromises the vehicle’s safety or roadworthiness. While an MOT test generally checks for issues with the vehicle’s structure, safety, and roadworthiness, a wing that is not properly attached or has sharp edges could cause a failure.
Na its all good. My t4 is pre 1996 and came with weld on wings. Post 1996 they were all bolt on from the factory. There’s no real difference between the two other than bolts changing some of the original spot welds. It almost clips into place as it is.
Are you planning on taking a car on the train?
I posted in this thread by mistake, sorry🤦🏻♀️
Sounds great. Just seemed like an odd choice of a thread.
Yes, but have you already lost your way before you started?
You may be in the wrong thread…
Yes I am, I don’t know what I’m doing!!
