Daft Prick Boehly‘s Blue Billion Pound Plastic Bottlejobs

How…

Billions worth of investments, with billions left in debt, being completely written off with a stroke of a pen.

Oh I know that it’s just how do they square the poverty lie.

It’s almost like journalists are being fed whatever story.

I get why it is like this, but it’s a farce that a club like Palace can get all the way to the day before their first game and then find themselves facing the prospect of losing one of the best players.

WTF is going on???

Why is it a farce? Many, many sports allow transfers/trades deep into the season.

You know Chelsea is in a mess when you look at whats happening. Their first choice GK is someone they really do not fancy and probably go to Real on loan and signed a 25m keeper who lost his place in Brighton.

Their defence is still shite but probably their most settled part of their team. Reece James and Thiago Silva will be their main leaders and are reasonably good players.

Their midfield and attacks are where everything is going wrong. Lukaku is amazingly still their player. Nkunku is out with a long term injury meaning they hardly have a recognized and strong striker or forward player in their team except for Sterling and yet here they are trying to stock up on their already crowded midfield in terms of quantity. Their recruitment strategy and focus have honestly been shambles. We can envy how much they have been willing to spend, but honestly, as far as how Chelsea has been spending, give me FSG anytime.

And them being butthurt over Caicedo is causing them to lash out like a petulant child…which is making them completely lose focus of said deficiencies

Ok, so can anyone make sense of the Kepa move? I know he hasnt thrived there, but surely they didnt buy Sanchez, a man who lost his job at Brighton, to be their number 1. The obvious answer is they are trying to clear wages from their books to make room to sign someone new (Caicedo), but would even an idiot do that with #1 goalie after having already sold Mendy as well?

I assume he won’t play tomorrow

Fucking hell, it’s getting comical now.

Bet there are a few older supporters there wishing ken bates was still in charge :joy:

I thought Mendy was still there.

So they loan out their #1 'keeper the day before the season starts?

Daft Pricks.

There’s no way a deal would be sanctioned in time for Kepa to make a move ahead of the game tomorrow.

Real isn’t considering the alternates who would be much cheaper though. And it isn’t as if Kepa’s a good keeper. He’s passable at best and a joke at worst.

You should see the two reserve guys, they look like they are still at sixth form.

Kepa won’t play tomorrow if this is genuine.

But not sure how this helps

Kepa not a good keeper? You must be joking. :upside_down_face:
He’s the best. Better than Alisson and even displaced our Brizilian as the world’s most expensive.

He is much better regarded in Spain than he is here and so you could imagine Real thinking they could rescue him
