Shiny plaything for some billionaire. The fact that it’s the closest club for some of the most expensive real estate on the planet is a big draw. Just a hop in the Rolls from Mayfair and Kensington.

I don’t think you can do that unless you’re officially at war. You can sanction the person i.e. stop further transactions but not seize assets.
