He broke the two cardinal rules for Republicans…
Why are Republicans so weird?
Bit of a strange one. NYC mayor taking money from Turkey. Not sure I see a large benefit for Turkey here, unless they thought he would rise through the ranks. Ex cop taking bribes. What a surprise.
State-sanctioned murder for political gain.
That case is wild. They have lots of dna evidence st the crime scene and they convicted him despite none matching his. They got to an appeal focused on the dna evidence only to have that be thrown out due to prosecutioral misconduct over said evidence and that just killed the appeal not the case against him.
No one involved in the prosecution thinks he is guilty yet the state just barreled ahead with the execution.
This is why, no matter the crime, I cannot support capitol punishment. We cannot trust our government with it.
Fixed it for you.
Mike Johnson: he can go to a corner and pray and repent
Trump: I don’t know him.
Vance: we need to stay focused on Springfield where important things have not happened.
Fall guy for the debate clusterf*ck? victim of party in-fighting? just a nasty p.o.s? or all of the above?
All of the above would be my guess
The initial investigation was hindered by a key witness refusing to testify. The new evidence that caused this to resurface is supposedly from a law suit filed by one of buddies about claims from one of his other buddies that forced a lot of inculpatory evidence about Gaetz into discovery.
So it seems it’s a case of “have shit friends get bad outcomes.”
Is the Florida Man Gaetz is referring to Trump?
Gaetz is a pervert who trafficked minors for sex, I will add allegedly for legal reasons.
Nasty piece of work who should be in jail.
Like most Republicans these days, he would rather say “no” in order to capitalize on a perceived grievance, than “yes” in order to fix a problem.
It’s probably a kind of composite generic stereotype. Obviously Florida Woman was also affected, but who cares about her?
I suggest we task @Limiescouse with tracking down Florida Man and sending us pictures so we get a visual idea of who we’re dealing with.
JImmy Carter is 100 today.
Damn, born four decades before black women were allowed to vote, and hanging on to vote for the first black woman to run for President.
Let’s hope they both make it.
Kinda depressing reading through that and seeing what kind of man America settled with in 2016.
