Vile scum. Someone has to put him back in his box before it’s too late:

The Hill:
Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) said he has a plan C to avert a shutdown and the House will vote Friday morning on the legislation — but Republicans indicated there is not yet widespread agreement.
“Yeah, yeah, we have a plan,” Johnson said Friday morning as he entered the Capitol. “We’re expecting votes this morning, so you all stay tuned. We’ve got a plan.”
Seems to me this is progress versus the concept of a plan. We are turning the corner!

I listen to a podcast, the rest is politics (US) with Katty Kay and Anthony Scaramucci. She is a veteran Beeb journalist and has lived in Washington DC for many years now, and Scaramucci is a Wall Street guy who was temporarily on Trump’s staff before they fell out and he got fired.
They are both very well connected with many politicians in DC, and they know the game inside out.
Scaramucci has an interesting take on things. He says there will definitely be a falling out, and that Trump can’t stand the attention Musk is getting, and the power he seems to have.
He was very useful in helping to get him elected, as Musk controls probably the most powerful media there is (the Dems are way behind in that regard), but Trump will not play second fiddle to anyone, and as soon as the opportunity arises, the Mooch is saying that Musk will be booted out.
Katty Kay was trying to press him on the timing, and he wouldn’t commit, but he thinks it will only be a matter of months, at the most.

Although I am trying to remember when Scaramucci was last correct about anything. He might belong in the unreliable rumors thread.

He did think the Dems were going to win the election, and he has held his hands up on to say “I was wrong.” He knows Trump personally, although they are now enemies, and his take is with some proximity and knowledge of the players.

His one take is “trump will fall out with [insert subject of discussion], believe me I know because it happened with me lol”

@Iftikhar you missed my sarcasm. You need some time off from the office. You’re working way too much and are a shell of your former self. I’ve never been this disappointed in you and that’s saying something.
