You mean low profile visit to France after the armistice, where he went around and was an admiring military tourist and held no speech what so ever in public ?
He moved around with a cohort of adjutants and Leibstanderte and held no victory speech there at all. He held his speeches in Germany.
The guy gets nothing right.
He basically went to say hello to the corpse of Napoleon, saw a few more impressive architectural sites and then went home at once. He was in France for 2 H and 15 min. No speech.

The problem lies with the population at large in that history is viewed as boring old shit by large swathes. It’s just not seen as something worthy and to a large extent that it’s deliberate as well in that the dumbing down of the population as to where they came from and what happened in the past makes it far easier to control the narrative about history to the point where outright lies will be believed and questioned without a murmur.
History is easily accessible to anyone with an interest, it’s just that people have allowed themselves to be disinterested bout it and thus trammeled and chained by the lies.
