While Middlesbrough are 12th in the league they are 6th in the away table. Much better than at home (19th).
Good result, would love Boro to make the final; but realistically, they still face an uphill battle in a few weeks at Stamford bridge.
And that’s not me thinking about us having an easier final if they get there, because we need to get there first, but more it would be nice to see a championship club make the final, and if we dont make the final, it would be nice for someone other than Chelsea to win, whether that be Fulham or Boro.
Ofcourse, if we make the final and so do Boro, fuck them.

Even with a number of injuries, it still amazes me given the spending how crap Chelsea’s bench is.
