Arsenal defence snoozing again

Isak definitely was a missed trick though.

Arsenal still haven’t woken up.

They need a corner desperately.

Am I allowed to switch on?

Will Arsenal even finish top 4?

Completely out of context. We were t bothered about any of those positions, ok maybe Guimaraes.
But we got Darwin when Isak probably would’ve been a better fit.

These freekick and corner routines won’t work much longer

What do you mean we weren’t bothered by it? Clubs are always active in the market looking to strengthen or sign players for value, no matter the position. What I’m saying is given our opportuntic approach the last few windows, there have been many “missed tricks”.

It’s very easy to look at a player like Isak with how he’s doing and say he was a missed trick, he was never in our eye of line.,…it was either going to be Darwin or Nkunku.

hahahah havertz

How did Havertz miss that one :man_facepalming:t2:

Don’t watch any La Liga? It was obvious he was a huge talent for some time

It’s not about me, the club never pointed their fingers at him as a possible Bobby replacement, as I said it was either Klopp’s pick (Darwin) or the recruitment’s (Nkunku).

How does Rice get away week in week out been absolutely shite and never gets any grief. Oh hes English and massively overrated.

Hes shit.

Hmm, Nkunku isn’t exactly pulling up trees at Chelsea either

Yes but my point was it’s too easy to say so and so was a missed trick, when they were never in the picture for us to sign anyway…because then it becomes open to overuse the saying about virtually any player doing well.

Other than that Martinelli chance Arsenal haven’t produced anything from open play. Got free headers from corners but completely fluffed them. Havertz chance was from a massive deflection off Hall

Switched on to see some time wasting by Toon.

Unsurprising and the right thing for them to do, to destupt the flow of the game and halt the momentum that Arsenal have built up.

I hope Newcastle don’t batter them - we need Arsenal to head into the second leg with a live result and then get knocked out.

After losing to Man United in the final, Newcastle will surely do everything to break their trophy drought.
