FA Cup 2022/23 - no, we can't

Shitty thread.

The only reason most don’t mind City winning things is because they’ve got no fans their fans are more bearable.

Link it ya lazy bugger

Apparently there was a couple blaming the rail strikes for not going.

Must be rail strikes every weekend to the west of Manchester.

Timber at Wembley today.

Are they, really? The Gallaghers, bearable :joy:

I have come to terms with the likelihood of City doing the treble, as much as I hope Inter springs the surprise of the century. The (debatable) consolation I came to is that will dilute the uniqueness of United’s achievement, and it would be doubly hilarious if City were stripped of it down the road (unlikely but a man can dream), We have twice as many Big Ears as Manure, let alone any other club in England, so I’m comfortable with our history in Europe.

The fawning over Man City and how the rest of the clubs have to spend just to try get near their level is getting too much. Pundits are writing off the rest of the clubs for the next 5 years.

I hate to agree with Goldbridge but he is right. If they achieve this treble it’s still not comparable to United’s. They did it with mostly homegrown players, when the league was more competitive than now (Fergie favouritism notwithstanding), and had real challenges in the CL to overcome.

Not this artificial FIFA cheat code mode.

Ferguson had refs on his payroll. I swear he tried to stack the deck in scum’s favour yesterday too. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:
