Meh, we have seen a higher bar for physical contact for penalties in almost all the games. But sure, there are refs who would give it, but then bar must be lower than it is in this World Cup

Yeah, well, there has been several such situations where a bit of contact has not resulted in a penalty. And he fell because he kicked himself into the SA player, not due to the SA player’s leg. If this then is a pen, the bar would be suddenly lower.
