You were the better team on the night.
Morocco, you did as well as you could. However, Africa’s star shines bright. There will be an African nation winning the World Cup in my lifetime.
It looks like France are the team to beat in this World Cup.
Next one hopefully against Spain and I don’t think they’ll be swaggering in that one.

I shudder to think what the French front 5 will do to England’s midfield and defence 
This is my concern too, but two big hurdles before that even becomes a possibility, and we may never see it. Mercifully.

Yeah, easy, and really, really boring. 
Generally, this world cup is pants in terms of quality. I can only remember a couple of quality games, the rest has been absolute dross.
I’ve actually lost interest now.
I only half watched last night’s game. I just couldn’t get into it at all.
Ar least Paraguay made it interesting
I fell asleep and woke up at 2-0.
That said, I was quite drunk and did not even remember posting until I saw them this morning.
It was a pretty pathetic showing by the Moroccans. They were playing in a WC quarterfinal, and they didn’t even have a go, they just meekly accepted their fate as has every team that has faced France, bar Paraguay who actually put up a fight, but in the worst way possible.
Morocco really has no excuse; they may have been outclassed, but they do have some really good players themselves. If they had demonstrated an ounce of ambition, they might have caused problems to France, which isn’t as perfect as it comes across.
They did have some key injuries, including their best forward at this World Cup
I have some doubt, unless you are much younger than I thought and plan to live for at least 5-6 decades more. Remember, the WC is only once every fourth year, so you will not get to live to see that many more.
But of course, there is a much bigger chance of you getting to see it, than winning the lottery, but its still not a great chance and is getting arguably only slimmer with all the tv money consolidated.
