Yeah its conceptually the arm pit, but they have used different guidance to determine what should be allowed. It’s sometimes referred to as shirt sleeve. Sometimes the location of the badge. Either way it was low on his upper arm…far closer to elbow than shoulder anatomically.

Yes. The colour commentator here after some reflection determined that Usain Bolt was in fact George Weah.
This was also the first time he’s seen a team kick the ball out of bounds so that it could press the throw in.
