FIFA World Cup 2026 - USA/Canada/Mexico (Part 3)

Yeah I think they may well not be.

Anderson especially looks like he has stage fright. He isn´t wanting to get on the ball and is just passing sideways and back.

Embarrassing dive

Dive by Gordon. He should play for Mexico.

FFS Gordon not escaping the allegations.

My god, this is going to be a very good game. Mexico is not going to let England just run away with this.

And yes, looked a dive.

nah, they ALL do it now regardless of nationality

They do. Football is ruined.

That Bellingham last ditch intervention

Mexico have been good going forward but at the back they look dodgy.

I was hoping Mexico would pull one back before halftime. The second half is going to be even more electric.

Saka looks fucked by the way so he will be off.

Bellingham is the only English player who’s playing without fear. He looked more uncomfortable at Anfield in the UCL.

Mexico the better side. Easy to see how they haven’t been beaten at home in 13 years. They have been all over us like a rash.

Bellingham with a nice brace. Mexico with a deserved goal to pull one back.

Rice and Anderson have not been good enough. They are getting overrun and are often second to the ball.

A big second half coming up. Mexico will give it their all, with their fabulous crowd behind them. England will need to be a bit better than that first half, even though so far we are in the right side of the score line,

That is it.

They look scared. Our midfield two of Rice and Anderson flat out do not want the ball. I´d hook at least one of them for that. I can´t understand being a midfielder and not wanting it.

Bellingham has a set of balls on him.

Konsa has also been crap.

yeah, and that altitude as well. lets see how they cope. i think if england can somehow calm it down and not play it at mexico pace, they win it. if mexico can keep their emotions in check while also keeping up the pace, i think they have a good chance at the win

I wonder if Mexico can keep up the pace.

i think they can, or something close to it. they did it last game

They are chasing a game though… easier to manage when you’re not.

Well it should be.

the biggest advantage england have is the emotional immaturity of mexico. anyone who has seen them vs the usa knows they easily lose their heads
