I can’t imagine what it must be like in Egypt right now. In Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor, and Aswan. Crowds in the streets. It must be epic.

There is a fair few decent players in this side and I’ve watched every Argentinian match this tournament and frankly it’s been most of the time hoping Messi does something. There was far more to them last time out and it’s a bit odd as those who did show up last time are more in their prime now.
Though we all know about Macallister.
Argentina could do with calling on someone like Mastantuono right now. Unfortunately the lad wasn’t called up. Limited minutes after his big move. Potential superstar material along the lines of Ngumoha.
