I can’t imagine what it must be like in Egypt right now. In Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor, and Aswan. Crowds in the streets. It must be epic.
It’s awoken the Pharoahs well the ones not looted by European museums.
So often though, they just end up wasting their own time.
They’re still digging up tombs in Luxor. I think they might have heard some knocking after that second goal.
“Air of disbelief”?! ITV are smoking something.
Egypt have definitely levelled up since the start of the tournament. Not surprising at all that they are ahead.
Every village, town and city in Egypt will running out on the streets cheering.
Queens in NYC will be lively.
Edgware Road in London will be ecstatic.

Hmm not sure about that, how you can know the score before even fate decides is quite remarkable ![]()
There is a fair few decent players in this side and I’ve watched every Argentinian match this tournament and frankly it’s been most of the time hoping Messi does something. There was far more to them last time out and it’s a bit odd as those who did show up last time are more in their prime now.
Though we all know about Macallister.
Argentina could do with calling on someone like Mastantuono right now. Unfortunately the lad wasn’t called up. Limited minutes after his big move. Potential superstar material along the lines of Ngumoha.
They are slicing through them easily and Simeone is off for a piss.
Some tidy players in the Egpytian domestic league to be unearthed me thinks.
Jesus Christ ITV!! Shut up about England!! Way to put the mockers on us!
Nice to see him not happy with them. Obviously a very successful manager with Atletico, but I don’t like him!
Anyone know that strange feeling when you see your teacher in the supermarket?
I have that feeling with Simeone seeing him without the all black suit.
2-1
1-2 cool !
Fuck sakes, why does it always seem to be him.
Come on VAR
