My mum used have a perm in those days. It used to last a good year.

My Dad too, my Dad and I had curly hair.
Mum had straight hair, she always liked curly hair thus the per m.

Yeah gay stereotypes like that also went out in about the 1980s then again Australia seem to be brining it back.

The dirtbag chic aesthetic appears to be in vogue with the youth, in a non ironic way. I’d say 50% of the 20 somethings in my gym all have their look based on the lifeguard kid from Stranger Things

Emlyn Hughes. But it’s a bit of a blur. I can only remember bits and bobs from that time. I can remember everything from the mid 1980s, later Souness time, very clearly.
