I had a second thought, i mean … thinking of Heitinga.Must have been weird at first as well. But look at him now, you never know what something might be good for. We’ll get over it.
It’s much more down to fans’ perspective than something weird inside the industry. Certain fans think that a Heiting would never be part of the coaching staff at Liverpool or Lijnders at City. Why exactly though? For most of them it’s much less tribal and dramatic. Sure you get a % of situations where people reject opportunities that are totally against their will. But for most of these movements, my advice at least for the newcomers in following football is: better get used to it.

I am shocked and really disappointed Pep is going to join Man City so soon after leaving Liverpool, one of our MAIN rival clubs.
Our club needs to remove all the photos with him in it with a pair of scissors.
He’ll get a good reception at Anfield next season🤨
