I used to religiously watch every pre-match and post-match interview with Jürgen and all the other ones. Jürgen was an enigma, a sacred shooting star who who would light up the universe.
I loved watching every match, even the ones we played badly in. That whole Klopp era was one big roller coaster ride filled with sudden twists and sharp turns. I felt exhilarated and full of optimism and couldn’t wait until the next match.
Now, I feel i have to force myself to watch the current state of football.
I still believe there is one job he will do and that is the national job in Germany. I don’t think anything else will get him back. Perhaps if us, Mainz or Dortmund needed a short term rescue mission but I just think he feels he has it good right now.
