Part of what makes Jürgen a true great is his understanding of all the elements of what the football club is about. He bonds with the players, he handles the owners and he gets the fans. All he’s trying to say is that the players need more support during the match than he does. It’s not a big deal.
Yeah, in the matchday programme pre-Villa, but after what he shouted what he did from the pitch (which people caught) and said in the interview once or twice. He’s great, but he’s human and sometimes says some wild things quickly.
Unless I missed something, this was his attempt to clarify and move on. What else do people want?
We weren’t talking about his latest polite attempt to clarify and move on, but more his initial reaction(s) and overall what he’s asking from fans in this case. It’s not a big deal, but it’s a fan forum and we discuss many details. Fans at games will ultimately sing spontaneously what they feel like singing at any given moment, as they should. At least I hope so.
But thats part of what I love about him, he is emotional and also a regular bloke that on the odd occasion lets his emotions get to him.

He just has a way with the right person to make them feel special
“We’re building Liverpool 2.0 here, we want to attack again and not just look at how much longer can we go on,” Klopp said, via Sport Witness.
“I have a loyalty to Liverpool. My heart is here in Liverpool.”
