I donât know much about Nallo, he has played for the U18s but not much. Going into his first year of scholarship this season, I know hes a converted midfielder.
West Ham have a good track record with developing young CBs recently. Jamal Baptiste was a first team prospect before his health issues, Ali Alese starts for Sunderland, Levi Laing has been playing well in pre-season. If heâs in the same vein as those three then Iâd expect a good ball-playing CB.
Max Woltman signed for Oxford United.
He is a similar type of player to Layton Stewart who left last week. Quick, decent finisher, comes in off the wing - heâs very small and slight. Bit more limited than Stewart was also.
Woltman didnât get much of a look in during a loan to Doncaster. I expect heâll be a depth/reserve team player for Oxford this season.
Oludare Olufunwa has signed for St Johnstone. Was talk of Bristol Rovers or Plymouth early in the window but now heâs gone to Scotland.
Was signed as a short term squad filler that allowed Quansah to go on loan in January. Didnât get to play much but was ok when he did. Heâs physical and aggressive but very limited and not particularly quick, saw him get done on the turn a lot. Good luck to him!
What has happened to Musialowski? I thought he was a future star.
But then WoodburnâŚ.
He was never very good, he just had some incredible moments. The quintessential Match Of The Day footballer.
Woodburn was a much better player tbh.
Jakub Ojrzynski loan to Den Bosch
U18s winning 2-0 against Forest. Jayden Danns and Lewis Koumas.
Been a bit of a turkey shoot so far, could be double the scoreline easily.
Finished 4-2, Forest pulled it back to 2-2 but late goals by Danns and Kone-Doherty won it.
U21s vs Everton - no LFCtv coverage (they were probably holding back the cameras for our Caicedo/Lavia double revealâŚ)
Pitaluga
Stephenson Quansah Miles Chambers
Clark McConnell Norris
Musialowski Cannonier Scanlon
Its a shame the game was not televised as this is one of the most one sided derbies youâll ever see.
Musialowski, Miles, Hill and Clark with the goals. Mabaya made his return from an injury he suffered in the middle of last season.
34 goal attempts in a derby, wow
Finally got around to watching yesterdayâs highlights. Calum Scanlon was allowed all the time in the world and he was ripping Everton apart.
In addition to our 4 goals we hadâŚ
Cannonier hit the post from a Scanlon cross.
Quansah narrowly wide from a header off a Musialowski corner
Bobby Clark shot blocked on goalline
Bobby Clark hit the crossbar
Luca Stephenson shot saved 1v1
Frauendorf shot headed over the bar on the goalline
Everton really couldnât have complained if they had been beaten 10-0.
Tom Hill looked good, delighted for him everytime I see him on the pitch. His goal was a beauty.
Sell him.

Lad canât catch a break since he signed for LiverpoolâŚ
I figured he was injured as he hasnât been in Prestonâs squad yet.
@Sweeting How many of our youth players have made it to the top level (or there about) around Europe in last 10 years? Wilson and Williams are currently in PL. I think Brentford had one our youth players when they got promoted.
