Apparently the weather at the Kirby Academy is awful and Liverpool will be playing into the strong headwind in the second half.
We really need to invest in more trees around that place, it is always a wind tunnel even on calm days.

Liverpool U18s played out a thrilling 5-5 draw with Manchester United at the Academy on Saturday lunchtime.
First-half goals from Lee Jonas and Harvey Blair put the Reds ahead at the break in the U18 Premier League North clash, while two strikes by Bobby Clark either side of an Oakley Cannonier effort made it five.
An impressive performance in the final third wasn’t enough for Marc Bridge-Wilkinson’s side, though, as the Red Devils snatched a late point in injury time.
It was the hosts who started the better of the two teams as Jonas met a Luca Stephenson free-kick to nod into the back of the net.
Blair then added a stunning second just after the half-hour mark, cutting inside to curl a shot into the top corner from outside the box.
The visitors earned one back in stoppage time through Ethan Ennis, though Liverpool quickly restored the two-goal cushion after the change of ends.
Clark finished off a decisive break as Blair turned provider to deliver low into the box, before the Reds added a fourth through Cannonier from close range
a contest, however, Willy Kambwala and Joe Hugill scoring within 90 seconds of each other.
Clark found the back of the net again thanks to a low cross from the right following a driving run from Isaac Mabaya with 13 minutes to go.
But the game took another twist in the final exchanges, Dan Gore’s mazy run setting up Ennis to provide a nervy finish to proceedings.
Cannonier had the ball in the back of the net from a corner late on, yet the offside flag was raised and halted celebrations quickly.
It was United who had the final say of the contest in the first minute of added time, Kobbie Mainoo’s cutback finding Hugill free in the area again for his second of the afternoon.
Liverpool mustered a response with several dangerous attacks but were made to settle for a point from a topsy-turvy encounter to remain second in the U18 PL North standings.
Liverpool U18s: Mrozek, Mabaya, Scanlon, Miles, Jonas, Stephenson (Davidson, 63), Blair (Lucky, 75), Pilling, Cannonier, McConnell, Clark.
Unused substitutes: Hewitson, Pennington, Giblin.
Liverpool U23s produced an emphatic display at the Academy to comprehensively defeat their Tottenham Hotspur counterparts 7-1 on Saturday afternoon.
The Premier League 2 game was all-but over by half-time as Barry Lewtas’ side went in five goals ahead at the break, and they added another two during the second period after the visitors had briefly reduced their deficit.
Goals were shared around, with Leighton Clarkson expertly converting two penalties while Conor Bradley, Max Woltman, James Norris, Jack Bearne and substitute Fidel O’Rourke also found the net.
The Liverpool teamsheet looked strong; Tyler Morton operated alongside Clarkson and Tom Clayton in midfield, while Rhys Williams and Billy Koumetio anchored the team from centre-back.
Woltman and Clayton had already been denied before the home side took the lead on 18 minutes.
The Reds won the ball high up the pitch and Clarkson’s fine pass put Woltman away on the right. The young striker turned back inside and cut a perfect ball back to raiding full-back Bradley, who fired low into the net.
Clarkson was again involved in the second, showing fine skill on the left and playing a ball into the box that eventually reached Woltman. He turned well and showed good determination to come through a challenge and slot low past Spurs goalkeeper Joshua Oluwayemi with 26 minutes on the clock.
Liverpool made it three just before the half-hour mark. Norris has been in fine form and when he burst into the left side of the area, he had no hesitation in striking a finish across the ’keeper for a classy third.
Koumetio’s long passing was impressive and he put Woltman in on goal a short time later with a ball over the top, but Oluwayemi came out well to gather a lofted effort.
Spurs had looked powerless to stop the red wave but belatedly stirred down their right-hand side. J’Neil Bennett fired a good ball right across goal but no-one could reach it to turn it home.
The Reds were not going to settle for three, though, and two penalties helped them stretch their lead to five before the interval.
First, Oluwayemi made a good save to deny Mateusz Musialowski but was found to have clipped Bearne as the winger nipped in to claim the rebound.
Clarkson stepped up to finish with 10 minutes to go in the half, and did so again in added time after a Spurs player was rather harshly judged to have handled a cross after a corner for the hosts was not properly cleared.
The away side improved after the break and reduced the deficit through Bennett on 54 minutes, the winger cutting in from the right and beating Marcelo Pitaluga.
The Reds goalkeeper then did well to deny Jamie Donley after a chipped pass over the defence had put the Spurs man in on goal, but Liverpool continued to be a threat and made it six on 66 minutes.
Williams made an excellent interception at the back and the ball moved forward to Clayton, whose lovely pass allowed Bearne to stand up the final defender and fire low across Oluwayemi.
Clayton next turned tricky winger to beat his man and deliver dangerously into the box, where Musialowski lashed wide when the goalkeeper parried the ball into his path.
Lewtas’ charges were threatening with every attack now and an outside-of-the-foot pass from Morton allowed Clarkson to beat the offside trap and bear down on goal, only for Oluwayemi to save well.
Two minutes from time, Liverpool bagged their seventh, though; a good pass from substitute Dominic Corness was initially cut out but then picked up and finished by fellow replacement O’Rourke.
Liverpool U23s: Pitaluga, Bradley (Quansah, 74), Norris, Williams, Koumetio, Clarkson, Bearne, Morton, Woltman (O’Rourke, 79), Clayton, Musialowski (Corness, 81).
Unused substitutes: Kelly, Wilson.

Southgate mentioned Jones in a wider context (the question was about Jacob Ramsey) as one of the exciting English attacking midfielders (who can also press off the ball) coming through.
Liverpool U18s were held to a 1-1 draw away at Derby County in the U18s Premier League North on Saturday afternoon.
The Rams went ahead in the contest after 30 minutes through Olamide Ibrahim’s finish, despite coming under heavy pressure from their opponents in the first half.
But Oakley Cannonier scored his 21st league goal of the season with a powerful header midway through the second period to rescue a point for Marc Bridge-Wilkinson’s Reds.
The visitors were the team in control throughout the opening 45 minutes, and were extremely unfortunate to find themselves behind at the break.
Harvey Blair hit the side-netting in minute six, as a succession of threatening crosses were then unable to connect with a player in a red shirt.
Lee Jonas saw his goal-bound header from Luca Stephenson’s corner tipped over the crossbar by Harry Evans.
But entirely against the run of play, Derby took the lead at the half-hour mark by capitalising on a defensive error from Liverpool.
Ibrahim dispossessed Terence Miles at the back and ran through on goal, placing his finish through the legs of Luke Hewitson and into the back of the net.
The hosts had an immediate opportunity to make it 2-0 but Marko Borkovic knocked the ball too far beyond Hewitson when in front of goal.
Cannoneer nearly delivered a quick response but had an effort saved by Evans, while Miles headed just wide from a corner.
In the second half, either side of saved efforts from Blair and Cannonier, Ibrahim was denied a second when he watched his curling effort from outside the box strike the post and bounce clear.
However, Liverpool remained in charge of the encounter and would’ve equalised earlier, had it not been for a fine reaction save from Evans off a corner to deny Miles.
And making it 1-1 in the 69th minute, Cannonier rose to meet Stephenson’s free-kick into the box and directed a strong header into the bottom corner, leaving Evans with no chance on this occasion.
The No.9 then had a pair of opportunities to net a winner but was off target with a shot across goal and close-range header.
Liverpool U18s: Hewitson, Mabaya, Miles, Jonas, Scanlon, Stephenson, Pilling, McConnell (Roberts, 84), Blair, Cannonier, Clark.
