Absolutely, a chance to put a real lead up is there. My point was simply that City has a different problem than LFC or Arsenal. I don’t think in a 3-way race any of the sides can play for a draw, but City least of all.
I think the opposite. Notwithstanding that they’d be one point behind Arsenal and three behind us, I think they’d still expect they’d finish top by winning their remaining games. Arsenal won’t match that and our squad is looking shagged out with injuries while they are basically coming to full strength. Obviously I don’t think they would start either game playing for a draw, but I think if they do draw both games they’d still feel sanguine and in the driving seat - although you could bet Pep would try the ‘pressure is all on us’ meme.

In the past its always been just a two horse race having Arsenal in the mix takes that out of the equation for me.

Look, it’s hardly City’s fault the UAE based production company that paid £200m for the rights to produce the documentary folded six months after incorporating as a company, and subsequently sold the footage to Netflix for £10k.
