Glad to finally see coke-head faced with the same kind of injury crisis we had to contend with at times when Klopp was with us. Now let’s see how they get out of that slump. We have to make the most of it when we meet them, because they’ll eventually come back to win every game like they usually do.
On the other hand, the fact that so many players are injured means more stress on the remaining fit ones, so it could trigger more injuries. That’s what happened to us. We’ll see.
Without doubt, he is a great coach and teacher of the game, but you just have to wonder if at some point he even realizes he has been playing with a stacked deck virtually his entire managerial career.
Without being able to spend spend spend on quick replacements like in the past for any player that has a cold… Pep moaning about injuries on camera, might be a cry to the owners for some money, to once again go to his plan A of buying himself out of trouble… The owners on the other hand might have pulled the drawbridge half way up in the wake of the 115charges microscope being held above them…
If he is as good as he wants everyone to think he is… he will manage a way through his so-called crisis, and make a decent fist of a realistic challenge - It’s lonely here at the top
