Prime example of a manager coming in and having that club/fan connection.
Carrick isn’t a world class manager. But he just ‘gets it’ and it shows in the players.
Complete polar opposite to our manager and our club as a whole.

Nope, sorry - not having that. He looks like a 35 year older old championship player that has played 500 games. All he has in him is a foul, and sometimes he can’t even manage that.

Players aren’t motivated enough and they are downing tools in my opinion.
