Leicester look like playing on cold medicine. They played 120’ Wed, but hardly anyone in this lineup started that match. Soyuncu only.

Could be is a long (lazy) shot, examples like Buffon, vdSar are pretty rare. It’s not normal what they did (Buffon is over for a few years now for the top level, but still massive credit to him), usually doesn’t happen. Plus, it’s Aaron Ramsdale. Let’s first see if he can establish himself at the top level. Plenty of other/better goalies who didn’t last at the top level as predicted.

Fosters still playing nearing 40. Ramsdale might not be at the top level but with advances in sports science and the fact that he’s a keeper I think I’d give him a 70% chance of still playing some level of football as he gets to 40

Ramsdale completely overreacting with Evans there. Made himself look a bit of a tit!
I still think we have too few examples to predict with basically any goalkeeper that he’s got a career until he’s 40+. A few years ago it was 35, then 35+, then 40, now it’s 40+. Let’s take it step by step. There were enough opposite examples of keepers being basically finished or their levels clearly dropping in early 30’s. Casillas, Reina, etc. What would that lady say about them in the past, that they can play until they’re 50.
