Amongst matches played between the so-called “Big Six” thus far, the home side is 3-2-5, scoring 12 and conceding 18.
Yup it’s why they lost a 55 minute game 5-0
He didn’t change he was blaming social media last week.
Have a look at some of the stuff on here when things are not going to plan.
Not generalising but we wouldn’t be great with our patience either.
It was tiring to see about how Jones isn’t good enough after this one game. Took one week for the euphoria to turn to half of our squad to be sold/ replaced again.
I think its ok to acknowledge when someone is playing poorly, or when the team is under performing…
But the move from the mood post United to yesterday is staggering. The manner of the questions on Klopps tactics by people who laud him as the best thing to happen to the club?
We were poor yesterday, maybe complacent? But we have the ability to rise again.
I couldn’t say if Jones played well or not yesterday, because I thought he was anonymous all afternoon.
Yeah. I can understand a player having poor game and that being highlighted. But to use that as a reason for justifying that he’s just not good enough for us, could never be a midfielder etc etc is just too much.
Spurs performance yesterday was pathetic Nuno has a big job on him hands even to get the fans onside.
I know a couple of Spurs fans and Nuno is way off winning them over. He’ll be lucky if he’s still in the job at Christmas.
Was referring more to in-stadium fans. I’ve only been a supporter since 2012. Maybe the only really dark, uncertain period was the fall of 2015 when Rodgers was spiraling. I don’t remember Anfield supporters booing the team or the manager, but please feel free to correct me. Yesterday was pretty nasty for a team which would have gone top four had they won the match.
Online fans and online activity in general is always nastier IMO.
West Ham at home in December 2008 was a memorable one for me; we’d just gone top of the league… with a 0-0 draw. Was a pretty stodgy performance tbf but Anfield was not happy at all come the final whistle and let their feelings be known. A little too much so imo considering where we were on the log.
0-3 at home to Palace in 2015 was a doozy. Bobby smacked the post with a strike from distance and it all went downhill from there; we were embarrassed by Bolasie and Anfield was emptying by the 80th minute.
There have been a few times Anfield has booed the team, tbh.
From Nostraeldoradus, this is the day Norwich begin to turn it around. Pukki brace does the trick. Krul with a blinder.
This should be a good game, two naive sides who like to play good football.
It is strange to see a match this early that looks must-win, but if Norwich cannot get 3 points at home versus an 18th place side, I don’t think they have much hope. They have a run of softer matches through November, so I guess they will get other chances, but they likely need to pick up 6 points over that run.
Hoping for 3 points for Leeds and Villa to put even more pressure on Bloodmoneycastle.
Norwich do seem to have only one style in defending…desperation.
A Leeds win best to open up a gap. A Norwich win though would send Saudi Arabia to the bottom of the League
I bet Kabak is enjoying playing for this shower of shite!
