Yeah, extremely idiotic on the face of it but Hassenhutl was extremely unhappy with his goalie, Alex McCarthy (?) and bemoaned his lack of professionalism. Apparently he was injured and didn’t let anyone off the pitch know that he couldn’t move properly hence Ward-Prowse running back to cover that part of the goal. All backfired spectacularly, unfortunately for them.
