Have to say Palace well deserve the victory and to be above Everton in the table. Patrick Vieira courageously filling the massive (if smelly) shoes of Roy Hodgson 
. Seriously, they’ve looked competitive in every match I’ve seen them play…except against us.

If they’re not going to use him, he’ll want to move on now he’s had a taste of Premier League football. Chelsea might have no choice, players have all the power these days.

Southampton did not even try to replace Ings and Vestergaard and I could also mention Minamino (even if he was just a loaned) and Lemina.
That could cost them big time.
They brought in Adam Armstrong who scored 27 goals and 7 assists in the Championship last season, 16 and 6 the year before that, along with Walcott and had a left winger Elyounnoussi returning from loan.
They signed Lyanco from Torino to add to their existing compliment of CBs.
They already have Romeu and Diallo as DMs in their squad, not sure they needed Lemina. He’s been out on loan since 19/20.

I’m just watching the highlights of the weekend. Was Jon Moss on fucking drugs? my goodness how did he fuck this game up so badly? first a double-yellow on Raul for two very questionable calls, then the handball situation did that stand? what the actual fuck.
