Premier League 2021/22 (Part 1)

I’d called ten games in for Arteta getting sacked. I’m revising that to six. Man City up next lol

I can’t see it happening not till at least season end.

To me the spurs penalty is just Dele walking into the goalie?
Harry does this all the time but nobody complains about it?

I did like how they repeated a miss by Lukaku when someone was down injured.

I know it hit the bar but I’m not sure how many angles we needed to see it from

Tbf, you don’t really want to allow Howard too much live air time.

Tim, timminy, Tim, timminy, Tim-tim, Ti-roo…

It’s hard for me to take any pleasure in Arsenal’s current predicament, but I’m sure I’ll find a way.
It feels karmic after the way these gobshites treated Wenger.

You are right @El-Cuchillero Arsenal has been my second favorite club in PL for a long time. Though I felt bad for them in the past, now it’s just funny.

Yeah I was hoping they would turn out yesterday or next Saturday but I sadly don’t feel they will.

Then again the one manager Arteta can get at seems to be Pep.

Hammers 1-0, Fornals

It’s a good game tonight. WH looking good, very nice goal, calm finish.

I don’t know how that was called. he kicks the ball out towards the touchline away from goal with zero effort to get to it, hangs his leg out so it touches the keeper as he’s already falling towards the ground

FFS, that’s a bullshit penalty and should have been a yellow for simulation.

Thats a disgrace Red all day long.

Leicester down to 10 men Perez sent off and rightly so.

Wow, one angle and I believe it’s 100% red, another angle and it looks accidental. I go with the latter.

How the fuck that’s a red :open_mouth:

Even though its accidental its still reckless and a red doesn’t have to be intentional.

Its an ankle breaker that’s why.

100% red card and well done ref.

The refs angle then no red, but from complete opposite angle it looks really bad (refs blind side). I would have called it exactly the same. I think it’s sort of unfair that the ref gets to see it in slow motion when reviewing, I think it should only be shown in real time.

if you wind the tape back a little further and see the push into the back of Perez which causes him to stumble into the West Ham player. I’d say I cannot believe he’s given a red card, but it’s Michael Oliver FFS. that was an accident, his head is down and Perez is just trying to stay on his feet
