I’m gonna say it right now - that’s a very good Chelsea side who seem to have found a good manager. That 2-1 win last week was very impressive and anyone downplaying it is brain damaged.

Yeah, they finished last season as arguably the 4th best side in the league and if they even sustained that form over a full season you’d have backed them to finish ahead of Villa this time around. Maresca looks to have benefits from a bit more stability this year that bodes well for them and I dont see anyone else having made strides to catch them up.
