Premier League 2024/25 (Part 1)

I cannot believe Bournemouth somehow got twice as much punishment than Mr Linton did.

Even before the multiple carding incident, it was clear that the ref is yet another attention seeker wanting to be more famous than most of the players on the pitch. Therefore, I won’t use the twat’s name.

Swap deal for Szobo?

It seems hes trying to let the game flow. We had it against Forest as well…lots of challenges weren’t blown for.

Problem is it just results in things escalating.

Especially with Forest there is an element of the ref buying into the idea that this is just the way they play and an upstart team needs a bit of leeway to compete with the big boys. Take that leeway away and Yates and Elliot in midfield are completely neutered. The stupidity of it is if they make the CL spots this year that perspective will be wiped out of every ref’s head and Forest would do well to finish in the top half the following season with how the refs will start officiating them.

Hey I only asked the question after someone else said sign him up. I guess that would mean they want him to play ahead of Szobo?

Absolutely but they will be mid table (at best) even without ref reversion

Superb from Bournemouth.

Shame it’ll be disallowed.

3-1. Lovely pressure and work.

Thats newcastle dropping some points.

Whether the ball went out is questionable…funny Newcastle didnt want to concede that corner.

Never ever a corner.

At least the corner was given.

Bullshit.

It was though…

How’s this man still a ref in the PL?

No, you’re right. I’m still pissed from last night.

I don’t think he really did anything wrong in that instance. He is crap though

He’s botched three CK calls in this game

Bournemouth will be desperately unlucky not to win this game.

Lovely stuff from Kirkez on that attack - clever flick to create space, good appreciation of space to get back on the ball in a dangerous area, and then an inch perfect cross that the forward bolloxed up.
