Premier League 2024/25 (Part 2)

Wasting time here watching the Arsenal game.

about to shift to the United game.

Bugger dam…

Wanted to win the league at Anfield anyway.

Shouldn’t have shifted perhaps.

But watching arsenal play under Arteta is worse than watching paint dry.

Cmon Ipswich…1 just 1…

There are good reasons why Ipswich is going down. Didn’t bother.

I want us to win it away to Chelsea, then Arsenal give our players the guard of honour the following week.
4 days after they’ve been dumped out of Europe

Win against Leicester, win against Spurs at home.

Agree with the unbearables being dumped out of Europe.

The gap between the bottom 3 and the rest is ridiculous. Don’t think I’ve seen anything like it in the PL.

It’s been the case ever since Leicester got relegated the first time around with the half season of Brendan.

Agreed.
But my scenario would be, satisfying

Any scenario where Liverpool wins the league will be satisfying.

I think its all over…tis now…cmon Ipswich…show a bit of fight

Not really. Last year, Burnley was 19th 8 points behind survival. This year, that gap is 17 points, almost double Leicester’s points. The year before, the gap was just 5. It has been years since 18th was out of touch with 17th.

I think it is partly a function of how tough the fight in the 4th-11th places is, those sides are not leaving much on the table for the last 5 or so.

Arsenal already 2-0 up. Didn’t expect Ipswich to get anything today, anyway.

I think you need to add “today” to that, morons.

Also, Chavs are 1-0 down at Fulham.

Fulham are trying to do the league double over Chelsea for the first time in their history. Might switch over to that one rather than this Ipswich bollocks
