Premier League 2024/25 (Part 2)

Gary, Philiph, Tracey and…Nikola.

Parents argued regarding names , mother won at first, but the father, the electrician, had the last laugh in the end.

I bet he owns a Tesla too !

Given what his name is, I don’t think he ever gets the last laugh…

You know what, he needed that win. He really did.

I feel for Nikola though. The unrecogniced bastard son. What an ass, Neville Neville was :face_with_steam_from_nose:

Apparently Maranakis went on the pitch to shout at Nuno for not beating Leicester? Knew it wouldn’t be long before that wanker reverted to type.

There was a big cock up with their final sub. They were trying to get another forward on whenAwyoni crashed into the post and needed treatment. They delayed the sub waiting to see if Awyoni was ok and got the thumbs up so made their planned sub. Seconds later Awyoni decided he couldn’t in fact continue but the sub had been made and as they had none left so he hobbled around as a useless body for the last couple of minutes effectively being a man down.

The owner went on the pitch to berate the physio and/or Awyoni. Nuno intervened and he ended up taking it out on him. Bad scenes, but not quiet as bad as reported

That honestly sounds every bit as bad as reported. You’re the owner, fuck off to the private boxes and stay the hell off the field. No one wants to see your fat arse shouting at an employee.

The man is a cunt of the highest order.

Yup…

Sign the checks and fuck away from the pitch.

Imagine Richard Hughes doing that, this is actually even more embarrassing.

He’s literally the only reason I can’t get behind Nottingham Forest’s success.

This is more like John Henry doing it.

It was widely reported, and as you commented that he went on the pitch to confront and berate Nuno, with several prominent voices suggesting that it was such a show of disrespect that Nuno should resign. He is a horrible piece of work, and this is a reminder of that and deserves condemnation. But Nuno also knew this all before he took the job and as this was not actually directed at him a lot of commentary about it has been about something that did not actually happen.

OMG!! He should have never been allowed back on the pitch!!

Hope all goes well Taiwo.

And this is what can happen with the stupid offside law that plays on when a player is clearly offside … grrrrrrr

But how was anyone to know the extent of his injury when it only became apparent on Monday after they completed the internal scans?

How pathetic. Using Awoniyi’s injury to get sympathy for the owner.

Their spin doctor is angling to get into the good books (and a fat bonus) of the owner.

Absolute bollox.
Blaming the medical team to make himself look good.

Yeah as upsetting as the condition of the player is, this is a pathetic statement. His sole concern was his team being forced to play the final minutes with 10 players, not the safety of the player. I mean it was the injured player he was specifically incensed with.
