I wonder did he pinch Regulion’s nipple then? Kinky

I’m trying to work it out. We spent 11 years not in the top division, and Everton 4. However, Everton played at Anfield before the split. It probably does work out.

Of course, it was a major stadium at the 1966 World Cup finals. My father saw Pelé score there. It really is of historical importance.

Yeah I was thinking about that.

I do think away games will have less of an impact for us from now on. It’s a nice new stadium but.

Anyhow Villa finally get one.

Imagine how you’d feel if you were interviewing Unai Emery and you were the first person he ever didn’t wish good evening to.

It’s probably just me… but i’m sure Cole Palmer has the side profile of a fish - and not even a good-looking fish at that :0)

Yeah that was one ugly match and it had nothing to do with the football on show.

He is going for the delicate and highly famous contemporary look; The Norman Man-at-Arms (or if lucky, knight)

It’s all the rage these days.

Or…He is a Blackadder fan ?

Not until 2030-31

Provided they don’t need to move back to Woodison before then, due to the overwhelming smell of shite in their new stadium.

Oh yeah I was doing 38 not 19 silly me.

Why do you think I have been calling him Bayeux Boy ever since he came to prominence?

Is the hair missing in the middle because of medieval-pattern baldness?

Fa cup the reason why there isn’t no matches on ?

FFS.

Humility in front of God etc. Mostly done by monastic people, but also at times by the common folk in some Catholic countries in that era.
That, as well as more health related issues that led to this.

As for the hair cut itself, it is for military reasons. Tradtionally, long hair was more potent and manly, but when metal helmets became more prevalent, that hair cut in particular was more practical when you wear chainmail and etc.
It was certainly the reason why the militaristic Normans adopted it .
