I love the quality of the coverage here in the US, but I really hate this thing they do where the pre-game is on a different station than the one covering the actual game.

Half hour into the Forest Villa game and literally nothing has happened. A shot was blocked and went out for a corner…
Villa player pulls the shirt of the Forest defender to help him beat him. The Forest defender then grabs out at the Villa player’s arm who then throws himself to the ground in the box. Ref and VAR rightly ignore it, while Le Saux complains that he was being held.
Some players really are better being left as impact subs.

VAR just checked for a penalty and agreed with the ref’s call of no penalty. Quick Mr Twitter account manager, write a post to explain to the fans the reason for the decision

Tbf the defender was much closer to Diaz than MGW is there to Duran. Completely incidental but it is classed as dangerous play when a defender is in such close proximity. Didn’t the defender also get his head to the ball first?
