Premier League 2025/26

Calm yourself down,

Lets not get ahead of ourselves

After our terrible slump, the Premier League goal has to be finishing in a CL spot. We are looking a bit better, and I fully expect us to improve as we go. They are playing for Slot, which is crucial. Some were wondering if he had lost the dressing room, but I don’t see any evidence of that.

The frustrating thing is just 2-3 better results in the disastrous run would have kept us interested in a title race, but that ship looks to have sailed.

Wolves gave it a good go today and should have seen out an heroic draw, but it wasn’t to be.

Jesus is so much of a better player and option for arsenal than Gyokeres is.

An underrated player who probably hasn’t fulfilled his potential due to injuries and playing second fiddle to some of the more expensive players - but is still head and shoulders above many forwards in the league due to his intelligent movement and technical abilitiy. Arsenal are lucky to have him back at this point of the season.

His ability to feign a head injury is up there with the best.

When did they change the season to 37 games?

Only in World Cup years.

In the last 8 games, we have pissed the season away to such an extent that we may as well just give up and not bother with the rest of the season yet we are only 2 wins behind the team in 2nd place

Nah! If you lived where I do, you probably wouldn’t say that. Also, Chelsea are very inconsistent at the moment and there seems to be trouble within the club. The manager made comments after the Everton game, which were obviously aimed at the board or the owners.

It’s pretty crazy to think how different that table would look if we had hung on for a win against Leeds and for draws against Palace, Chelsea and Yanited.

As a wise Aussie once said, razor thin margins at the top…

A little more excited for the return of the Tyne-Wear derby than I thought I’d be. Definitely partial towards Sunderland but this is among my favorite sing-songs.

They really could have spread these out a bit… like look at the 4.30 kick off

Don’t know if it’s just the tv coverage but the noise at Selhurst Park early on is incredible

They stick the mics in front of the ultra section, opposite end is full of moaners who leave 10 minutes early. If it’s still like 2015

He said something about they’ve had no support but suggesting it’s not the fans.

Must be the guy who’s spent $3 billion on players since he bought the club.

How much more support could a manager get?

He’s got a squad of 56 players.

Apropos of nothing but I was at Selhurst for this infamous AFTV meltdown game in 2017 and the noise was incredible. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9gbSZimx0kE
