Premier League 2025/26

Think WH will wriggle out and one of either Forest, Leeds or Bournemouth will go down.

5 points is a lot even at this stage and I am not sure Nuno has added much, Forest I think have enough.

Leeds have been playing ok from what I have seen. I think Wolves have gone.

I always get the impression that promoted teams struggle more as the season goes on so I reckon that Leeds will dip. Forest and Bournemouth both that could go on the wrong type of run depending on fixtures and injuries - so feel like they are in the mix..

Guehi has played 28 games which does make you wonder if we did go for him.

Anyhow Spurs have come for a draw I think.

It’s noticeable that Spurs are not employing their new found thug tactics against Palace.

I think Richarlson’s offside more than anyone else

Frank has been one of the most disappointing managers this season. His football is so horrible to watch.I will be surprised if he manages Spurs next season.

Spurs have tried almost everything in the post-Poch era; from pragmatists to idealists, from proven winners to up and coming options.

Sure, some teams looked better than others, but it’s at a point where it’s more than the head coach position. They’re carrying big numbers and have some important injuries, that squads needs trimming down and clarity going into the next summer window, regardless who’s the coach.

So many change on all levels, they need to stick with something and realize it might take time. Especially with the competition they’re up against.

Almost as if he was never the problem.

They’re still trying to match Poch’s team let alone improve on it, regardless of Ange landing a trophy.

They got really close a few times under Poch. Now they would probably love to be back at that competitive level, because they’re nowhere near it. For me, it’s like they “sacrificed” a quality side to make infrastructure improvements. Which is fair enough.

For them it’s surely disappointing that they couldn’t land a single trophy in that time, not even a domestic cup (questionable whether that would’ve made enough difference for some). I remember a final against Chelsea when I thought this might be their day and they still lost.

But hey, they’re not the first and not the last good side that failed to win something.

They went for a few winning coaches after Poch, but dropped below. Then you probably needed someone again who can bring you back to that competitive level. Now, they’re turning into circles from more idealist coaches to more pragmatic ones.
