Spurs are gonna Spurs.

Vicario is such a Fanny. Textbook Spurs keeper

Merino is coming on for Gyokeres. Our commentator just referred to him as the likeable Spaniard. What? What about Spaniards justify that sort of adjective for this one guy? Is he even likeable? Are you just trying to convey that Arteta is a shitbag?

If Robbo is leaving in the summer, we could do worse than bringing back Neco for cover.

We could also do a lot better.

Some save by Sels.

Can play left and right

Murilo is an absolute tank. If he was a HW boxer you’d be concerned that he is too big to last the pace. But he does have a great touch for a big guy

He certainly can, also it’s a homegrown option replacing a non-HG.

Improved massively since he left, and think he was even voted by Forest fans as their POTY over the likes of Anderson and Murillo last season.

Penalty Arsenal?

Yep, just about to be taken now by Rice.

Edit: Oh no wait, sorry. That’s just a corner isn’t it? Nevermind.

Arsenal winning the title like this makes me sick.

It’s incredible how average they are.

FC Average London

To be honest, a lot of people were saying similar stuff about Liverpool this time last year. Weak league, weak rivals, do you remember how Klopp and Guardiola used to duke it out, 98 points weren’t enough to win you the league etc.

Arsenal are winning the league because they deserve it, end of. I hate that it’s not us in the mix but it is what it is and we only have ourselves to blame.

It’s a lifetime achievement award. They are on track because they’ve avoided falling apart in their efforts to improve after after 3 successive near misses. There is something, somewhere, creditable in that, but it’s still frustrating as a fan of one the teams who opened the door for them like this

I have no issue with them winning it. Infinitely preferable to City winning it again. I don’t have any animosity towards Arteta. He seems like a passionate man and that’s fine. We had a guy like that and rival fans mocked and hated him for it. I am confident we will give them a much better challenge next season.

In the aftermath of Martinelli’s ugly behaviour towards Bradley, someone reminded the world of one video of Arteta shoving an injured Martinelli back onto the pitch from the sideline, so the referee would halt the game. The guy we had and Arteta are nothing alike - I don’t really have to point out why, especially not to a fellow Liverpool fan.

I’m really frustrated, in a way this reminds me of 2020/21 where we also should have walked the league but for pushing our luck with centre backs (yeah, I’d have given Lovren away at that point, let alone sell him, but we really had to buy a centre back of proper quality first).

So I am seeing Glasner is throwing his toys of the pram again.I have a feeling he might get the Amorim treatment.

Boos at Anfield because we drew at home with Burnley (but played pretty well).
Spurs fans singing to their manager that he’s getting sacked in the morning, which is worse of course.

Perhaps something’s wrong with me, each to their own, but honestly I find it all a bit mad.
