Premier League 2025/26

It’s certainly an interesting game.

I don’t believe we will go on a winning streak and suddenly find good form. But if we did, West Ham winning would give us tremendous opportunity.

So we beat the barcodes tonight and we are back into 4th.

West Ham are playing these off the park, what is going on.

I’m surprised another club hasn’t tried to sign him.

Garnacho is a horrible player…and I don’t mean to play against, or even look at…although the latter may be true.

Is it time to revive the “Is AWB better than Trent” discussion?

Hopefully not.
That would just make everything worse.

What exactly?

I think the entire West Ham team should be drug tested at half time.

I want the Premier League to become weaker like most sensible football fans (I would have thougth) aka less money. I want continental fotball to become stronger, i.e. more money.
One of the bigger problems in modern fotball is after all the concentration of elite players in England due to concentration of wealth, oligarch and state owned clubs, as well as the tv cash obviously.
There is much wealth in the Champions League, so the more English clubs in the UCL, the weaker the European competition will be. For an EUR club, UCL money gives a lot of opportunities. Not so important for English clubs, due to the TV deal and inflated cash in English football.

We all want strong competition, right ? We want champions league victories over European teams to be big and mean something, right ?

Agree with all that but over everything I don’t want Liverpool FC to miss out on CL football.

Of course.

But in general

Which is very likely, unless we get our act together.

West Ham will be kicking themselves if they don’t come away with 3 points here…

Although Bowen would’ve been off for that last chance.

That left side of Chelsea was diabolical the first half. Weren’t those three rested from not being used in the Napoli match?

Baffling!

Well West Ham fell apart fast.

West Ham have shit the bed. All 3 of Rosenoir’s subs have been directly involved in both goals.

Areola’s positioning on both goals has been very poor.

Well in control and then throwing away a 2 goal lead..how is that even possible?

Especially the second one…completely at sea.
