Premier League 2025/26

And it’s boring as f**k!

And City scored

That was a nice goal. Really well created by Marmoush, one of the few enjoyable players to watch they have

Out of nowhere. 1-1

O’Reilly again. 2-1

Newcastle so close to an equaliser, Burn was off but only because Diaz pushed him offside, weird anomaly in the laws of the game!

if marmoush played with his head up he wouldbe a brilliant player

“Push” I hate City but stand your ground a bit better than that.

Air Nouri defending consists of ignoring the ball and two hand shoving the attacker. He’s done it three times today now. Including one in the box

Pushing isn’t considered to be a foul when City players do it, apparently.

If that was given as a foul against us I’d be pretty angry. Then again Jesus for Arsenal should have been red carded for his.

Twitchy bum time for the Arse.

There doesn’t seem a particularly dominant force which is probably good for the game to be honest.

Even we could flip back into a challenger come next season if I’m honest. I do think if Pep wins that will be that at City.

Profoundly disappointing

Apparently there was homophobic chanting at the Chelsea cup game the other week. The depressing thing is that many “fans” don’t even recognise it as such. That’s what passes for banter.

Detestable club.

Just heard Pep on the radio.

Simply cannot stomach them. Want Arsenal to hang on.

Ideally Villa would come from the clouds, but that ain’t happening.

Me too.

I simply can’t understand anyone wanting City to win it.

I am 100% Arsenal. Can’t see Villa doing it unfortunately.

Funnily enough I was having a pint with a mixed group of Blues and Reds last night and we were discussing this. There was a straw poll and everyone said Arsenal. Why on earth would you want the Cheaters to win another title?

They may never get punished but I believe it will make it even harder to do so if they are champions again. The PL must be dreading that scenario.

I think I want Man City to win it as it’s just another illegitimate trophy to add to all the others they cheated their way to. If there’s ever a reckoning for them - stop laughing - it should all be chalked off. To my mind what they do is meaningless.

In many ways having a legitimate club beat Man City is preferable. But I just think that if Arsenal suffer at their hands in the way that we have, coming second when they otherwise would have won, it might just embolden Arsenal to turn on Man City with more force, and join us and hopefully more in the Prem, to not let their cheating go unpunished.

It’s a bit tactical, but that’s my view. And much as I don’t like Arsenal and what they have become under Arteta, they are a legitimate outfit … it’s just that I want them to fall short in the hope that it might be a move toward justice for Man City.

We’ve had discussions on here with a vocal segment of the forum refusing to acknowledge it is homophobic

I remember the discussion. Given that I remember where it originated from, the way it is used now certainly is homophobic.
