Im on the fence about the Halaand one. I think it SHOULD be a foul. Even as a goalie I dont think you should be allowed to launch yourself into the path of an opponent and avoid being penalized just because they werent able to maintain possession in their attempts to evade you. But we do see them not given all the time. It was why I was so surprised at the certainty in the decision City go against us the other week.
