It’s amazing the degree to which everyone on our coverage is talking themselves into believing Gyokeres will come good. Arsenal produce so many chances they just need a fox in the box. The Eze disallowed goal annoys me. Not because it was disallowed but because the rule is quite clearly little known.
Later, when Chelsea had a free kick in a similar position and Palace formed a wall, the ref then marked out a 1 metre distance. Had he done that for the Palace free kick, Guehi would have known not to manoeuvre the wall as he did.
Frustrating.
