Somebody needs to put it in perspective to them that Isak, a better striker is earning 120k a week at Newcastle. Erling can well enough cost nothing in the transfer window and would be still cheaper than what Newcastle paid for Isak.

Not watching the City game as watching them when I don’t have to makes me feel a bit grubby.

So I’m watching Forest v. West Ham. The latter have parked the bus and Forest have no idea of how to get through the barricades. They really need an alternative to crossing it to the big Kiwi. They’re very aggressive in midfield as well. All a bit top of the Championship really.

The only real shot on goal actually came from West Ham. Paqueta (sp?) woke Sels up and made him pull of an excellent save.

City may still win this by 2 or 3, but it’s been another lukewarm performance. They’ve had about 25 mins of control against Wolves only after creating a comfortable lead with smash and grab football. But Wolves look strong candidates to go down and gave them hell for an hour before that. And other than that spell they have been unrecognizable to what we expect of Pep teams.

Bowen scores for the Hammers. Well deserved really. Only West Ham have had clear goal scoring opportunities.

Forest need an alternative to Wood. Aluminium maybe?
