Premier League 2025/26

Leeds went 1 down at Wolves but are now 3-1 at HT. Very early still but it looks like Wolves are going down and at least one promoted side will survive.

Taxi for Potter.

I think Leeds and Sunderland have enough about them which does mean it could be a surprise.

You’d expect Villa to improve, depends who WHU replace Potter with.

Third assist of the season for West Ham’s new fb. Seems to have a decent left peg on him. If they go down I imagine he’ll fetch a pretty penny

It’s a shame he has such an unfortunate name

In the Norwegian league, we have “Franklin Daddys Boy Nyenetue”.

Just saying…

Molde also had two players called Mame and Pape, who shared hootel rooms on trips.
There is also Efe Lucky.

Edit: Yes, yes, I know it’s El hadji Diouf that triggers loathing. I was just trying to be funny but probably failed.

What about a narrow Chelsea victory (or United victory, it’s not as if they are a threat to us, so mybe they can have some cake) with 5 red cards and 3 players out with knee ligament injuries on both teams ?

You know, the kind of game that was considered a bit rough, back in the days :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ll take a draw. Takes points from Chelsea, who could be dangerous, while giving Man Utd hope that they are turning a corner, but in reality just delaying the day they jettison Amorim.

Looking at the teams , I think Chelsea are gonna give them a right spanking.

But the drama around that is fun :frowning: Think of the toxicity when they are trying to bring the next manager in and how fun that will be !!!
Also, have mercy on Amorin. He is probably in reality a very good manager (impossible to tell where he is now, but he was certainly seen as brilliant before he came there) and surely deserves to get sacked and so escape hell.
Don’t be cruel, @RedOverTheWater ! No one deserves eternal suffering and shame.

(yeah, yeah, I know that he earns a ton of money and will earn a ton getting sacked and probably survive fine).

Sanchez is in trouble here.

What q prick.

Sanchez gives me major Mignolet vibes — always has a mistake in him. Not getting anywhere near the title with him playing like that.

Nice, I would prefer a Utd win.
