Premier League 2025/26

He’s not quite at Pep levels of scratching his head, but he knows things are bad.

When you lost at the Bees while you’re conceding three, that’s Amorim

Almost felt sorry (yeah, nah!) for the united players going over to their fans and clapping. Can’t imagine that’s helpful for their mentality - some of them look like they may need to be kept away from anything sharp.

He will do well to change his parameters.

Oh dear. Don’t get sacked so soon. Get some fcking results ffs.

It’s only been six games, you gotta give the man more time to turn this around

Cunha just mentioned they need to show some ‘character’ .. well well

Brentford didn’t have their goalie sent off or are newly promoted.

Chalobah sent off

How does this work… Ref gives no foul, VAR tells him it is a red :0)

Chelsea 1-0 Brighton

Chelsea get away with one after some shocking defending. Andrey Santos almost plays Diego Gomez in on goal. The Brighton man goes down from a Trevoh Chalobah tackle. The referee says no foul…

But VAR is checking for a potential red card against Chalobah.

Olderete looks onside there to me, no issues here.

Sels poor there. Sunderland keep on proving their PL status.

Other than us, the PL table looks very unexpected.

  1. Palace
  2. Spurs
  3. Sunderland (shock)
  4. Bournemouth

Arsenal will probably go second tomorrow.

Buendia comes on at HT for Elliott. Sets one up. Scores one. 3-1 Villa.

Not a great day for Harvey. Makes his first start for Villa, hardly touches the ball in the first half and is subbed off at HT. I hope things improve for him.

It was one of two inexplicably bad decisions I saw yesterday. That and the lack of foul on Gusto for kicking the Brighton player in the head when missing a clearance. If your guidance leads to no red or no foul in those situations then you need to go back to the drawing board and redo it.

Top save from Pope that.
